Cancellations due to inclement weather, illness, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds and must be claimed through the guest’s travel insurance. The beginning of the season is the primary time for whale swims, into early September. Whale swims are an additional charge and can be paid in cash or via credit card whilst on your 1/2 day tour. Full refunds are issued if the whale swim is unsuccessful.
