Australia Day brings all the best bits of summer together - mates, music, the beach and lots of fun in the sun, so there's no better place to celebrate in Aussie style, than on Fraser Island.

With 2017 well and truly behind us, everyone on Fraser Island is gearing up for a day of all-Australian activities.

The action gets underway on Friday January 26th, with the first race of the annual Kingfisher Bay Resort Regatta from Urangan Harbour across to Kingfisher Bay.

Beach cricket is a favourite Aussie pastime, so ask our team at the Sunset Bar to borrow some wickets and set up a game. We've also got volleyballs for those that want to take advantage of the beach at low tide.
