A: Check-in is from 02:00pm, and check-out is at 10:00am.

A: Simply connect to the Wi-Fi Network – Guest Net and follow the prompts to the “try it for free” option.

Please note: This service is available in hotel rooms and throughout the centre complex, however, there is no Wi-Fi in villas or houses.

A: Guests staying in hotel rooms have the option to have their room serviced by housekeeping as needed. Simply place the ‘please make up my room’ sign in your door by 8.00am on the day you’d like your room refreshed. Find out more about how we prioritise the environment when it comes to room servicing.

Villas are not serviced during your stay, however, if you require extra linen or towels, please come and see our friendly team at Reception.

A: We do not offer traditional room service, however, you can enjoy dining at our various on-site restaurants and bars. The Sand Bar & Bistro and Dune Restaurant also offer takeaway.

A: We have three restaurant and four bars at Kingfisher Bay Resort, each with their own theme, menu and operating hours. For more information about each venue, please visit the links below:

A: Dinner reservations can be made online for our Dune and Sand & Wood restaurants, or stop by Front Office and our team will be happy to assist you with your booking.

Please note that reservations are not required for The Sand Bar.

The Sand Bar & Bistro - Soak up the island vibes on the shady deck with an ice-cold drink, while the kids stay entertained in the gaming arcade or two adjacent swimming pools.

Sunset Bar - Sip on refreshing cocktails while watching breathtaking seaside sunsets.

Rainforest Bar - Immerse yourself in tropical vibes with a range of specialty cocktails and drinks.

Maheno Bar - Offering morning coffee, poolside cocktails, and evening drinks, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures.

A: We have four lagoon-style swimming pools at the resort. Also, as we are situated on the calm western side of the island, swimming is permitted in the bay at the front of the resort. Swimming is not recommended on the eastern side of the island along 75 Mile Beach.

A: Our pools are not heated, however, they do receive warmth from the sun and maintain a comfortable temperature.

A: Yes, pool towels can be collected from and returned to Reception.

A: Yes, we have two self-service laundry rooms available. Washing machines are free to use. In A Wing, dryers cost $5 per cycle with a tap-and-pay option, while in B Wing, dryers cost $3 per cycle using $1 coins.

A: The Village Store offers a selection of grocery items, fresh produce, and snacks to fuel your explorations, or pick up a freshly made coffee, ice, and fuel before heading out on K’gari’s famous sand tracks.

Open daily from 7.00am until 5.30pm.

A: After a day of exploring, ensure your 4WD is ready for the next adventure by washing off the sand and salt at our car wash.

Cost: $10 per wash.
