The resort Chefs have cleverly crafted a menu that reflects the history and flavourful palette of paradise.
Locally-sourced produce is infused with an array of native bush tucker ingredients, from the refreshing citrus of lemon aspen, to the sweet 'peach-like' flavour of the quandong and paired with matching wines.
