The Ranger-guided Segway PT Adventure sessions use the latest in green technology – the fully electric Segway Personal Transporters – to manoeuvre their way along the inter-tidal zone and across the varied terrain on the western side of the island.
Whilst some restrictions apply (like height and weight), the tours are open to guests over the age of 12 and include a brief orientation with the machines. Resort Rangers also provide eco-talks and point out flora and fauna along the way.
The Segway PT sessions and new Stand-Up Paddleboard additions round out the resort’s summer activity schedule.
