Fraser Island's temperate weather provides perfect conditions for spending time in the great outdoors. Whilst beachcombing, self-guided walks, lazy canoe paddles and poolside lazing are givens on a seaside holiday, Kingfisher Bay Resort also offers additional activities for the more active amongst us.

Beach cricket is a favourite Aussie pastime, so ask our team at Sunset Bar if you can borrow our wickets and set up a game. We've also got volleyballs and soccer balls for those that want to take advantage of the extra beach space at low tide. During school holiday periods and special holidays like Australia Day we often run group matches, which are always lots of fun, so check the What's On Guide for details.

Or, if the mood takes you, grab a racquet and head to the tennis court for a leisurely hit. Our reception team have racquets behind the counter and can book a court space for you.
