We undertake training (as required) and provide transfers to and from the island for the Rural Fire Brigade, Regional Fire Officers and for the volunteer team based at Happy Valley on Fraser Island's eastern side.
We also provide assistance to our local Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR) teams, Water Police and Rescue Helicopter teams when needed.
A number of our staff members on the eastern side are Queensland Ambulance trained first responders; some of our team serve on the local Ambulance committee and we support the local Fraser Coast Ambulance officers with back-up support, barge transfers to and from the island and resort discounts.
