SESSION TIMES ARE OPEN FOR HOTEL AND DAY GUESTS:  Spring into the second half of the year with an extra spring in your step as Pilates instructor, Jane Taylor joins us on the world's largest sand island for a series of springtime wellness sessions.

We're adding an extra dimension to your Fraser Island with a series of exercises to stretch and strengthen muscles over your whole body and build good core strength and a better mind-body connection.  Join us lakeside or at sunset beach for these daily sessions from 0930.  

Your Instructor, Jane, began practicing Pilates over sixteen years ago and has been teaching regularly in Sydney’s east for the past four years.  The group sessions are basic mat-work Pilates suitable for beginners and for more experienced Pilates students who want to focus on improving technique and stretching. Adults and teenagers are welcome. (Pilates can assist with recovery from many back issues and injuries and support the body through some other health conditions and private sessions are available for those who want some one-on-one attention).

What: Springtime Pilates Sessions
When: Sunday, October 19 - Tuesday, October 21
Group Session Times: 0930 and 5pm (one hour sessions).
What to Wear:
Please wear comfortable clothes eg shorts and t-shirt over your swimwear. Mats are supplied.
What to Bring:  Please bring a water bottle for drinking.
How to book: Please book at Reception at least 1 hour before session times commence. You'll be told the class location on booking.
Cost: $35 per person (this can be room charged for hotel guests).

What: Private Pilates Sessions (these are a more suitable choice for adults and teenagers managing an injury or illness and for those wishing to improve their technique with individualised focus).
What to Wear: Please wear comfortable clothes eg shorts and t-shirt over your swimwear. Mats are supplied.
What to Bring:  Please bring a water bottle for drinking.

Jane instructs pilates using authentic exercises designed by Joseph Pilates for beginner and intermediate students.
