| BUSH TUCKER TALK AND TASTE
During our Bush Tucker Talk & Taste experience, our Seabelle chef joins forces with a resort Ranger to explore Australian cuisine and its origins and introduce the many varieties of bush tucker available in Australia, and in particular on Fraser Island.
Encounter edible fruits and berries and leaves to touch, smell and taste, while a Ranger explains the plants botanical background and how it was harvested and used by the Aboriginal people and a Chef whips up some quick dishes.
Every Tuesday and Friday at 5.30pm. Bookings essential. $12 per person. |
