Sunset4 is set in the tranquil Southern Sunset Estate immediately adjacent to KingFisher Bay Resort and Village. The House is within easy walking distance from the Resort Complex. 180 degree views are obtained from the main deck of the Great Sandy Straits. Peace and tranquility awaits as you watch the sunset from the main deck or in the spa on this deck.

You may wish to stay at the Sunset 4 House as part of a conference, offer a weekend as part of a Staff incentive program or simply spend time with a group of friends. The House has been designed with sharing in mind as each couple have fully self contained areas.

Guests will enjoy easy walking access to all the resort facilities and the beach area. Your own vehicle is not required when staying in Sunset 4 House. If venturing outside the resort compound to explorer Fraser Island a 4WD with valid permits is a must.
