Our very own, Chef Leigh Saunders and Ranger Luke Hunter, will bring the flavours of Fraser Island to the mainland as they rub shoulders with Celebrity Chef (and friend of Fraser), Alastair McLeod and the winners of last year's My Kitchen Rules - Hervey Bay's own Dan and Steph.
Our dynamic duo will present a bush tucker talk and taste session in the Food Lovers Marquee from 1130. They'll be sharing Chef secrets for cooking with native ingredients and letting you know about the bush tucker ingredients that can spice up your menus at home. We'll also be serving up tasty bush-tucker inspired morsels including kangaroo on rosemary spears, Hervey Bay king prawns and locally caught barra from our pop up food stand - so make sure you pop by for a visit (and be sure to tag any pics with #fraserisland and #restaurantaustralia).

Relish showcases and celebrates our regional produce and food industry and 2014 looks to be better again with the program planned to extend into the early evening to satisfy those looking to enjoy the sun set in the park with a glass of wine and some relaxing tunes.
