Business Development Manager Leonie Belbin has a great understanding of the hospitality industry spanning more than two decades. The last eight years have been spent looking after the corporate and incentive markets for Kingfisher Bay Resort. Prior to that, Leonie was Operations Manager for a large conference venue and has also been a Regional Manager and Hotel Manager for two well known hotel chains.

CORPORATE SERVICES

Kingfisher Bay Resort’s Registration and Accommodation Service allows you, our client, to hand over this very timing consuming task to a Corporate Services professional, allowing your staff to focus their time and attention on the many other details of your event.

We will allocate a Project Manager to your event, who will be your key point of contact for all registration, activities and enquiries.

As part of this service, Corporate Services will:

• Where required establish a ‘Registration Website’ for your event.
• Receive and process electronic or paper-based registrations.
• Maintain all registrations on an electronic database.
• Provide electronic or paper-based confirmations to delegates.
• Prepare ‘delegates rooming lists’.
• Develop and manage partner program.
• Provide regular reports on the progress of registrations.
• Provide you with an electronic database.
